This realtor did the impossible. My property had been on the market 2 prior times (over 2 years) with 2 different agents. It had A LOT of challenges. Condo type challenges. Still, Edward was willing to jump in and take it on. He pushed me to make some improvements that were game changing and he jumped in personally to make somethings happen. Then the unthinkable…we had two perfect offers that flipped one after the other. Honestly I thought I would never get out of the property and move on and was at my wits end. Then a third miracle; a third offer (cash no less). All the while he managed my anxiety as I fretted over of not being able to buy a house in my intended new neighborhood. Well, we managed to sell my place, successfully buy exactly what I wanted and do it all within the month. Edward held my hand while firmly guiding me through an incredibly stressful process. He was more than a realtor…he was a friend. You won’t find anyone who will work harder. Ps he was recommended by a close friend and he did the same for her.
