With over 25 years of brokerage experience in Seattle’s real estate market, Edward Krigsman brings a trademark strategic approach to real estate marketing and sales. Edward’s successful projects include the sale of the first downtown Seattle listing valued over $10M, numerous Lake Washington waterfront sales in the $3M-$10M range, marketing and sales for 200+ unit condominium projects in the Pike Pine Corridor, projects that transformed the economy & perceptions of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. Edward also handled marketing & sales for The Pass Life project, at the Snoqualmie Pass Ski Area.
